Many trauma survivors feel overwhelmed by the burden of mental, emotional, or physical trials and tribulations and are on the verge of giving up. To inspire, encourage, and support those struggling as they muster the strength to give life another chance, La’Ticia Nicole Beatty and seven other storytellers have released Healing Toxic Habits, Volume 2.

DURHAM, NC – May 20, 2022 – In Curing Toxic Habits Volume 2 Bestselling author Laurine S. Garner and seven other inspirational storytellers share the struggles they have faced in their lives and the resulting feelings of hopelessness and despair. Others who have faced similar difficulties will find comfort in the practical advice from these storytellers.

“There comes a time when pretending to be healed is not a priority and the desire to truly be healed takes over mind, body and spirit. I feel the need to tell this story now because many of us deal with emotions, especially anger, and we repress them rather than allow ourselves to truly heal. says visionary La’Ticia Beatty.

The topics covered in Curing Toxic Habits Volume 2 Teach readers to recognize the signs, patterns, and behaviors of toxic habits so they can make their way from victim to victor, and finally experience the breakthrough and healing they have longed for. The powerful and inspiring accounts of these overcomers will remind readers that they are not alone in what they are going through and that the hard times will not last. The stories in this anthology show that healing can and will happen.

Each chapter begins with a Bible verse and an empowering affirmation to give readers a boost of confidence and faith from those who are on a healing journey. When you deal with depression, regression and oppression, you should know that there will always be a struggle. I want you to learn from this chapter of healing that there are scriptures, affirmations and books that will help you change your thoughts that could change your life once you have identified your toxic habits.”
