By Vince Sullivan (Sept. 16, 2021, 5:51 p.m. EDT) – Bankrupt retailer Furniture Factory Outlet received court approval from a Delaware judge on Thursday for its Chapter 11 liquidation plan, which received an objection from the Office of the United States Trustee against the third-party publications included in the plan.

Kate Stickles said the hundreds of unsecured creditors who will issue releases to third parties involved in the case had a clear explanation of their rights in the voting packages and had been given the opportunity to deny the releases.
